Thomas Cook, SOTC Travel, Fairfax Digital Services, LTIMindtree & Voicing.AI are collaborating to build Dhruv.

Thomas Cook (India) Limited and SOTC Travel have collaborated to launch India’s first multi-modal, multi-lingual, agentic, voice-enabled GenAI advisor called Dhruv. It is an AI-powered platform designed to simplify and enhance business travel.

Dhruv, also developed in partnership with LTIMindtree, Voicing.AI, and Fairfax Digital Services, uses artificial intelligence to speed up and improve travel planning, booking, and management.

Madhavan Menon, executive chairman of Thomas Cook (India) Limited, said, “Dhruv is our way of bringing advanced AI technology to business travel while maintaining a human touch. This collaboration with LTIMindtree and Voicing.AI will help us improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.”

India’s business travel market is growing rapidly and is expected to reach $20 billion by 2030, doubling from its current size of $10.6 billion. With increasing travel needs and complex booking processes, Dhruv aims to provide businesses with a smart, user-friendly solution that offers real-time, personalised support.

Dhruv seamlessly integrates voice assistants, booking tools, and customer support systems to simplify business travel management.

Sanjay Tugnait, president & CEO, Fairfax Digital Services, called it a major step forward. “Dhruv is set to transform how businesses manage travel. It will improve customer engagement, streamline operations, and provide seamless 24/7 support. By using AI and real-time sentiment analysis, Dhruv will set a new standard in corporate travel services.”

It offers multi-language support, enabling assistance in various Indian languages through chat, messages, and email. With 24/7 AI assistance, users can manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations anytime. Its sentiment analysis ensures empathetic and accurate responses, while a smooth transition to human agents allows complex queries to be handled without service disruptions.

Dhruv delivers faster resolutions, reducing the response time by up to 60%. Additionally, it contributes to the global AI industry, which is projected to surpass $300 billion in value.
Venu Lambu, CEO (designate) of LTIMindtree, said the platform will make travel planning smoother, “Dhruv is an AI assistant that can think, plan, and respond like a human. We are proud to partner with Thomas Cook India, SOTC Travel, and Fairfax Digital Services to bring this game-changing innovation to businesses worldwide.
