“In the year, our total revenues in Salesforce India saw a rise of 36 per cent, which puts us above a billion dollars in revenue here,” said Arundhati Bhattacharya, CEO and Chairperson of Salesforce India.

Salesforce India has crossed the $1 billion revenue mark for the first time, driven by strong demand for its cloud solutions across various sectors. The company’s revenue surged by 36% in the fiscal year ending March 31, reaching ₹9,116.3 crore, according to the regulatory filing with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Arundhati Bhattacharya, CEO and Chairperson of Salesforce India, expressed pride in the company’s growth. In an interview with a leading news publication, she shared, “In the year, our total revenues in Salesforce India saw a rise of 36 per cent, which puts us above a billion dollars in revenue here. We also saw an addition of 3,000 people to our employee base, up from 10,000. While in 2020 we had 2,500 employees, we now have over 13,000.”
The company also plans to build its first Salesforce tower in Bengaluru, further reinforcing its long-term commitment to the region. This tower will be part of a broader strategy, following Salesforce’s investments in nine other towers across major cities like San Francisco, New York, Chicago, London, Dublin, Sydney, Tokyo, Atlanta, and Indianapolis.
The new 12-story tower, located in Bagmane Tech Park, Mahadevpura, will accommodate 3,800 employee desks and offer state-of-the-art facilities, including a Salesforce Innovation Centre and an executive briefing center. Scheduled for completion in mid-2026, it will serve as a key hub for collaboration and innovation, as Salesforce expands its presence in India.
Earlier this year, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff announced at the annual ‘Dreamforce’ event in San Francisco that the world is entering an “Indian era,” highlighting India’s growing global influence. “There is no question that we are going to move into an incredible moment in India. And you know it’s a very exciting opportunity,” he said.
In a bid to boost its presence in India, Salesforce has named cricket legend Rahul Dravid as its inaugural brand ambassador. As part of the “Growing With India” campaign, Dravid will advocate for Salesforce’s all-in-one CRM platform, designed to drive business growth across the country.
