EXL, a data and AI company, has launched EXLerate.AI, a new agentic AI platform designed to help enterprises seamlessly integrate generative AI into their operations. The platform aims to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability while delivering a stronger return on AI investments.
Built as an open, cloud-agnostic, and modular orchestration platform, EXLerate.AI supports rapid implementation across diverse enterprise environments. It features over 10 industry-specific AI agents already in use across insurance, healthcare, retail, utilities, and financial services. The platform also allows businesses to incorporate third-party AI agents, internal AI models, and existing digital systems, offering unmatched flexibility.
“Our teams have spent more than two years working with partners and clients to enhance our AI solutions platform to include our proprietary LLMs, AI agents, knowledge graphs, and data models to help businesses harness AI and redesign workflows without getting bogged down by technical complexities,” said Anand “Andy” Logani, EXL’s chief digital and AI officer.
Unlike traditional AI models that handle single tasks, EXLerate.AI orchestrates multiple AI models, human expertise, and analytics to optimise enterprise workflows. The platform includes:
- AI Agents and Accelerators – Over 100 AI accelerators designed to boost automation and efficiency.
- Domain-Specific LLMs – Two proprietary large language models (LLMs) for health and finance, building on the EXL Insurance LLM introduced in 2024.
- Open Architecture – Fully compatible with existing enterprise IT systems, supporting integrations with NVIDIA, AWS, Google, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
With EXLerate.AI, businesses can scale AI adoption effortlessly while maintaining operational agility. EXL remains committed to rapid innovation and AI-driven transformation across industries, including insurance, healthcare, and banking.
