AI Agents are coming, whether you are ready or not. AdvantageClub.ai, a global leader in employee engagement solutions, launched ADVA 2.0, an Agentic AI for employee experience.
This innovative technology utilises AI to enhance employee engagement by making recognition, rewards, and wellness more personal and accessible through simple conversational interactions.
Their solution operates like a smart assistant or chatbot, allowing employees to seamlessly perform recognition and rewards-related actions.
For instance, a manager can easily express appreciation for a team member by saying, “Hey ADVA, appreciate Pam for closing the deal today,” which prompts ADVA to suggest a personalised message and reward option. Similarly, an employee can request a shopping voucher by simply stating, “ADVA, get me a voucher for shopping,” leading the AI to provide the coupon code instantly.
This approach aims to eliminate the manual steps involved and make employee engagement a seamless experience, the company said.

She further stated that with a simple conversation, employees can receive appreciation, redeem rewards, or access wellness benefits immediately.
Before the introduction of Agentic AI, AdvantageClub.ai’s original ADVA significantly boosted employee engagement by providing smart nudges. However, it still required interaction. So, with the newer version, AdvantageClub.ai aims to make the solution much more useful and seamless.
In addition to global offerings such as this, it will be interesting to see how Indian startups will introduce Agentic AI.
