TelcoAI360 offers a fully managed, AI-first service that enables telecom companies to launch new services faster and boost revenue.
Wipro Limited has launched TelcoAI360, an AI-powered platform designed to help telecom companies streamline operations, enhance security, and scale services efficiently.
Developed in collaboration with Wipro’s AI partner ecosystem and using ServiceNow’s telecommunications solutions, TelcoAI360 offers a fully managed, AI-first service that enables telecom companies to launch new services faster and boost revenue.
Introduced at the Mobile World Congress 2025, the platform aims to reduce costs, automates workflows, and improves customer experiences for global telecom providers.
The platform is also available ‘as-a-Service’, allowing companies to customise and deploy components based on their needs.
“Leveraging our AI-powered platforms and deep domain expertise, we are delivering an industry-first solution that redefines telecom operations with automation, security, and AI at scale,” Lalit Kashyap, sector head of communications, media, and networks at Wipro said.
TelcoAI360 integrates with existing telecom systems to enhance efficiency and expand market reach. It features AI-driven network management with real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance to prevent disruptions and ensure reliable services.
The platform also strengthens security with AI-powered threat detection and fraud prevention for robust data protection.
Additionally, it offers customisable user portals, providing telecom providers with a branded, intuitive interface to enhance customer experience.
With interoperability across multiple cloud platforms, TelcoAI360 enables flexible scaling of telecom infrastructure based on demand.
It also supports the full lifecycle management of telecom products and services, covering planning, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
Meanwhile, Wipro Limited partnered with Google Cloud to introduce the ‘Google Gemini Experience Zone’, which aims to drive enterprise innovation through AI-powered solutions.
This initiative offers Wipro clients hands-on experience with Google’s latest AI advancements, allowing businesses to explore and integrate generative AI technologies tailored to their specific needs.
